Activity: Gainsight has planned scheduled maintenance of MDA Backend Data Stores. During this maintenance, the Data Stores may not be accessible and Rules Engine Queue will be in hold state intermittently. Soon after the maintenance, all functionality will return to normal.

This maintenance is to address patching activity on Backend Data Stores.

Activity: Gainsight has planned a scheduled deployment of the EU MDA (Backend Services) Monthly Release. During this release window, Rules Engine and Data Processor queues will be in a hold state intermittently for approximately 2 hours.
