Activity: Gainsight has planned scheduled maintenance of MDA Backend Data Stores. During this maintenance, the Data Stores may not be accessible and Rules Engine Queue will be in hold state intermittently. Soon after the maintenance, all functionality will return to normal.

This maintenance is to address patching activity on Backend Data Stores.

Queues Hold Time: 2 Hour

Identified - Our service provider has identified and confirmed the issue. They are actively working to resolve the same. We will post more updates, as we have further details.

Investigating - We have received reports of pages not loading properly in Gainsight EU. This appears to be an issue with our upstream service provider AWS infrastructure. We are investigating the same and will post updates as soon as we have more information.
