Activity: Gainsight has planned a scheduled deployment of the EU MDA (Backend Services) Major Release. During this release window, Rules Engine and Data Processor queues will be in a hold state intermittently for approximately 3 hours.

This maintenance is to address patching activity on the Backend Data Stores.
